I listen to podcasts to fall asleep and the switch in tone between podcasts/ad always throws me off. Looking for calmer podcasts as well. I love Conan O’brien needs a friend but it’s too high energy for sleeping.

Also if there’s certain networks to avoid due to ads (ie, iheartradio) that would help me narrow down when I’m browsing
