The Georgia Bulldogs have added the South Carolina State Bulldogs to their 2024-25 basketball schedule, according to a report from Made For March.
Per the report, Georgia will host South Carolina State at Stegeman Coliseum in Athens, Ga., on Saturday, Dec. 29, 2024. The game will mark the third meeting between the two schools in basketball.

South Carolina State is a member of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) in Division I. The Bulldogs finished the 2023-24 season 14-17 overall and 9-5 in MEAC play.
Georgia is also scheduled to face the Marquette Golden Eagles at The Atlantis Paradise Island Bahamas on Saturday, November 23 next season, which was announced in January.
The only other non-conference game currently known for the Bulldogs next season is their annual contest against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. The two in-state rivals will meet at McCamish Pavilion in Atlanta, Ga., on a date to be determined.
The 2024-25 season will be the third under head coach Mike White. The Bulldogs finished the 2023-24 season 20-17 overall (6-12 SEC) and advanced to the semifinals of the NIT.
