RCB vs CSK: Watch: Virat Kohli's aggressive celebration after Daryl Mitchell's catch makes Anushka Sharma erupt in joy

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) batter Virat Kohli is giving his best on the field in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 game against the Chennai Super Kings (CSK). The 69th game of the tournament between the teams is taking place at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. 

In what has been the most important game for Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the Indian Premier League, Virat Kohli is keeping the intensity high for his team. The batter is even keeping the crowd going at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. 

Virat Kohli was at his aggressive best after he took the catch of Daryl Mitchell. During the second ball of the third over, Yash Dayal bowled a delivery to which the Chennai Super Kings batter went for a big hit and ended up lofting the ball over mid-off. 

Virat Kohli, who was stationed there, sprinted across and took a safe catch. The batter was livid with the way he got out and screamed out loudly. But, what caught the attention of many was Kohli's celebration. The Royal Challengers Bengaluru batter went berserk and celebrated the wicket aggressively at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. 

This made Virat Kohli's wife, Anushka Sharma, who was in the stands celebrate as well. The Bollywood actress stood up in her seat and expressed her happiness as Royal Challengers Bengaluru picked their second wicket of the game to stay in the hunt.

Earlier with the bat, Virat Kohli played a terrific innings at the top and powered his team to a brutal start. Despite the conditions not being great for batting, he oozed his class with the bat and entertained the crowd at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. 

Virat Kohli played a vital innings of 47 runs off 29 balls. He batted with a strike rate of over 162 and also hit 3 fours and 4 sixes in his innings. He along with Faf du Plessis added 78 runs for the opening partnership and put Chennai Super Kings bowlers under pressure. 

Faf and Virat batted beautifully - Cameron Green 

Cameron Green, who played a good innings of unbeaten 38 runs to take RCB to 218 runs, talked about the team's effort with the bat. He lauded the duo of Virat Kohli and Faf du Plessis for their heroics and stated: 

"For sure, the wicket was quite tough when you bowl into the wicket, there was some bounce, I hope it stays the same in the second innings. Pretty crazy (on conditions changing after the rain break), Faf and Virat batted beautifully (against spin), gave us a nice little platform, they assessed the conditions well. 

"Don't know why it happened, but it was the same in Dharamsala as well. You can't put a figure on that, it's been the beauty of this season's IPL, it's not about keeping any score in mind, just have to get going and play your shots right from the start," he concluded.
