transportation from airport to xiamen district

We will be arriving at taipei taoyuan airport on a sunday morning at 1130. we will be 5 people and 5 small carry on sized luggages. our airbnb is in the wanhua district. we have been quoted a private pick up vehicle (fitting 5-7 people) for 1400 ntd. is this a good deal? is it better to just get a taxi or uber?
