Charlotte Casiraghi, born Aug. 3, 1986, is the daughter of Princess Caroline of Monaco and the granddaughter of the late actress and Monaco royal Grace Kelly. While Casiraghi doesn’t have a royal title, she is a prominent figure among European royals. She’s attended several high-profile events, including royal occasions in Monaco and major fashion events for luxury brands like Chanel and the Met Gala.

2005

Casiraghi was still a teenager in 2005 when she attended Monaco’s National Day celebrations at Monaco Cathedral in Monte Carlo in 2005. Casiraghi’s style was evocative of her grandmother Grace Kelly, as she fashioned a coordinated blazer and skirt with matching handbag, hat and shoes for the services.

In 2010, Casiraghi played with her style even more. While attending the World Restoration Premiere Of “La Dolce Vita” Dinner Hosted by Gucci at the Hotel Cavalieri Hilton in 2010 in Rome, Casiraghi fashioned this modern, glittering dress in shades of gray with metallic detailing.

2012

By 2012, Casiraghi was wholly coming into her own as a fashion icon. At the World Restoration Premiere of “The Mattei Affair” during the 69th Venice International Film Festival at the Palazzo del Cinema in 2012 in Venice, she combined staple wardrobe elements like a classic white button-down shirt with contemporary pieces, such as colorful pumps.

Casiraghi’s formal attire has evolved over her time in the spotlight. While posing for photos at the 2014 LACMA Art + Film Gala honoring Barbara Kruger and Quentin Tarantino, presented by Gucci, in Los Angeles, she fashioned this sleeveless navy blue and hunter green gown with floral embellishments.

When Casiraghi attended the 2016 Met Gala, she proved she’s a Gucci girl through and through. The royal wore this tiered Gucci gown in shades of pink, plum, yellow and more. The gown featured a vintage-inspired silhouette with lace detailing.

The next year, Casiraghi attended the LACMA Art + Film Gala and fashioned another Gucci look in shades of pink, silver, and lilac with ornate beaded detailing throughout the satin gown.

2023

While attending the 2023 Cannes Film Festival, Casiraghi elevated her fashion by wearing a selection from the Chanel fall 2020 couture collection. The gown featured a navy dress with sleeves and collar adorned with floral appliqués in varying shades of red, blue and green.
