Trying to the get some recommendations. Used to listen to a lot of BM in general but nowadays very into specific albums, specially Blut Aus Nord Cosmosophy, Hallucinogen and 777 The Desanctification.
While they are very different from each other, I think BAN resumes quite well what Im searching for.
I like the clean vocals on Cosmosophy and the sound of Desanctification.
Anything in between or remotely close to this I will check it out, thanks in advance !

I‘m not very familiar with Industrial Black Metal so this might not be what you’re looking for, but Nubivagant is a Black Metal band with only clean vocals and they are pretty good.
The only Industial Black band with mostly clean vocals I can think of is - Autarkh and their album Emergent, it's more like prog metal with elements of Industial Black.
And If you want general Industial Black recomendation - Neo Inferno 262 and Pleonectic album, it's one of the best album in the genre in my opinion, there is a lot of electronic and industial types. It's really interesting
