Which beach, resort with white fine sand and clean

Hi i would like to get some idea which beach, resort has white fine sand and clean in Bantayan. Currently we are at Malapascua but quite dirty. Unfortunately. I am looking for not to quiet place to stay at Bantayan for swimming, white sands and clean especially. Budget around 75€ per night. Thanks
