My email account has been locked for no reason. How do I talk to a real person?

For no reason, my personal email account has been locked. I cannot reset the password because the account is locked. I cannot log in to ask a question because my account is locked. I write this today on my backup account. I received an email from *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

When I attempted to call Microsoft, it was an automated message that hung up on me. How to I talk to a real person to get this resolved?

hi Md Ashabul Haque,

apoligies for my delay in responding. I did all the necessary steps including filling in all the forms and replying to my case manager with the necessary information. However, I have gotten no further communication. Because it has been more than 3 business days, I have opened a new case and repeated all the steps. However, I have also received no reply after 24 hours. How do I resolve the issue of my locked email account if my case manager is not replying? What more can I do to get this issue resolved?

As you have mentioned that your issue is not fixed though you have performed all the mentioned steps, there might be some misconfiguration which needs further check from the backend. If I am trying to do this for my own individual account rather then a business one do I follow the same steps?
