Hollywood actress Kristin Chenoweth has revealed her own heart-wrenching experience with abuse after witnessing the controversial Sean 'Diddy' Combs video.

In a social media post that initially drew criticism from followers, Chenoweth wrote, "I've just seen the Sean 'Puffy' Combs [video]. There is no excuse no matter what his defense is. Heartbreaking I used to love him." She continued, "Honestly I have my reasons for the Sean Combs video bothering me so much. The main thing I need to do is pray for him. For real."
Her comments drew backlash, prompting her to explain her own personal experiences with abuse. "Never wanted to come out with it, but here we go. Several years ago i was severely abused," she posted. "It took me therapy and prayer to understand I deserved better. I was deeply injured physically and spiritually. The only thing I knew to do when I got out was pray. Pray for myself."
Chenoweth added, "It was the lowest I've been in my life," spotlighting the depth of her trauma. She later confessed, "I must admit I haven't forgiven yet. It's beyond me. God is helping me through that part."
This candid revelation came after a security video from 2016 surfaced on Friday, May 17, appearing to show the rapper chasing after his musician girlfriend and brutally beating her. The footage aligns with an incident that Cassie described in a lawsuit she filed against Diddy last year.
