Help with iCue
System:
Asus ROG STRIX X570 Gaming E Wifi II
Ryzen 7 5800x
Sapphire Nitro + 6800xt
Sabrent rocket 2tb gen 4 nvme
Gskill Trident Royal 32GB 3600 MT/s
This doesn't happen on my Gigabyte/13600/6600xt PC. Also my brand new HS80 Max headset is not being recognized by iCue, but my PC sees it and it works fine, even with the Dolby Access software. Again not a problem on the Gigabyte PC. Literally help.
I've tried repairing iCue, uninstalling iCue with Revo Uninstaller, the headset is plugged in via the USB cable and the dongle is plugged in, I've reset the headset per the instruction manual, unpaired an re-paired the dongle to the headset via the iCue software on my Gigabyte PC.
I'm out of ideas. My Void Elites might not be as good, but I don't have this issue either. They just work. WTF

Maybe try this if you haven’t already? Seems like it worked for a handful of people.
Just tried and unfortunately I can't get past the plug in the headset while it's turned off step. No download prompt comes up. Thank you for trying though.
