In December 2023, Liv Morgan was arrested during a traffic stop in Florida for possessing marijuana (less than 20 grams), drug equipment, and potentially synthetic cannabinoid drugs. However, the most serious charge of possessing drugs, possibly synthetic cannabinoid, was dropped in January due to insufficient evidence.
Earlier this year, it was revealed that the legal case involving Morgan in Sumter County, Florida had concluded. This came after Morgan’s lawyer entered a plea of Nolo-Contendere for the charge, which means Morgan accepted conviction as if she had pleaded guilty, but she does not officially admit guilt to the charges.
Morgan was fined $543.00, with the court records only mentioning the fine and no further punishment.
