How do I pay my bill?

  • Online: Make a payment online or check your balance with your Citibank Account Online.*
  • By phone: Call 1-888-574-1301. TTY: Use 711 or other Relay Service. Have your account number and valid check from a U.S. bank ready when you call. There is no fee when you pay through Citibank’s automated system.
  • By text: Text* PAY to 81964 using the mobile device connected to your My Best Buy® Credit Card account. After Citibank confirms your identity, you’ll receive a text asking how much you would like to pay and which payment account you would like to use. You’ll receive a payment confirmation via text. 
    *Message and Data rates may apply. Payment account information must be on BestBuy.AccountOnline.com to take advantage of pay by text — feature is not available for debit card payments.
  • By mail: Send your payment, including account number, to the address printed on your statement.

  • If you have a My Best Buy® Credit Card, you can save your Card in your My Best Buy account as a preferred payment method for fast and easy checkout. When adding your My Best Buy® Credit Card as a payment method, ensure your My Best Buy account member ID number is the same member ID number associated with your My Best Buy® Credit Card that is on your Card. This ensures the best online experience.

Citibank Account Online

  • Citibank Account Online* is where you manage your My Best Buy® Credit Card. Cardmembers have the ability to pay their bill, view statements, view Card transaction history, manage account preferences, request a credit line increase and more. Cardmembers can also view and activate Cardmember offers.

What does registering your My Best Buy® Credit Card with Citibank mean?

To register your My Best Buy® Credit Card with Citibank you are creating your Account Online with Citibank.* This enables you to manage your My Best Buy® Credit Card account. Managing your account in Account Online with Citibank allows you to pay your bill, view statements, view Card transaction history, manage account preferences, request a credit line increase and more. Cardmembers can also view and activate Card offers.
