No Letellier
Lorient had an 8 goal gap to close to Metz. They got 7, 2 for PSG-Metz and they won 5-0. Heartbreaking for them
I mean... Nothing against Lorient but if you wanna stay up don't go on a 7? game losing streak and try to make up the difference in one game? if they could do that in this game, that means they could've gathered up the strength to win or draw at least one of those games.
Yeah obviously it's not a 1 game season, but the final matchday had a cool narrative that you could easily get involved in :) Them going down is not undeserved
You know what's sad? Had Paris Saint-Germain scored 1 more goal, or had Lorient scored 1 more goal against Clermont, Lorient would've been in the relegation play-off place after they clawed back 7 GD today, but were tied, so Metz won on head to head away goals.
But both scored 4 goals in the two games.
end of a era
Boloni was so fucking close to fuck up
