Item damaged in transit and vinted is refusing to compensate (no personal info)
So i recieved an item that was significantly damaged in transit i informed the seller and disputed to vinted who basically said to return the item which is not fair as it wouldnt do her very good as it is damaged and i would have to pay shipping?? Meanwhile on her end they are investigating where the item got damaged should i wait for them to finish the investigation? Im scared that the useless people on my end will intervene and cancel the dispute forcing me to accept the item or return it

You won’t get anything but bot responses from Team Vinted. You may even get bot responses from the legal team, too. Vinted customer service is the worst, hope this helps.
Bloody bots. Previously I have had to return item to seller and they claimed compensation for the item. Really unfair that they want you to pay the return fees. I don’t know if you can get reimbursed via Vinted. They should give you full refund. That’s what we pay Buyer’s Protection Fee for. It will be interesting to see others advice. Good luck.
