we do know that the Battle of Dantoowine and the battle hypory did play out thanks to the Star wars: brotherhood novel by Mike Chen it was further confirmed by the obi-wan 6 issue comic series specifically issue 3 which focused on the clone Wars.
Mike Chen also mentioned one way to look at the clone Wars 2003 series is to view it as in universe propaganda holonet short which helps to explain why everything so over the top even by the prequel standards.
We also know that there was one mission Anakin did go on before his knighting so far.
So it's not out of the room with the possibility that the battle of muunilist could have still played out in a similar fashion to how it does in the short I think the big difference would be that the unnamed Gun'dei bounty Hunter is a is a completely separate character from Durge.
And Obi-Wan probably killed said bounty Hunter through decapitation and not popping him like a balloon, since the reason why Gun'dei wear so much armor around their neck region is because that's where they're core nerves are located which is how they're able to regenerate but if something happens to those nerves they die.
So it could be either way I'll be one could have popped him like a balloon or he could have just decapitated him.
Young Jedi Adventures might be for little kids but it sure is a fun watch.

They do! I haven't read as much High Republic as I like but IIRC a master and padawan from ... Light of the Jedi?? show up in an episode. (I remember doing the Leo Point when i first heard their names, LOL)
I believe it's Loden Greatstorm and Bell Zettifar who show up. Bell even has his charhound Ember if I'm remembering it right!
