Robert M. Milikowski OBITUARY

Robert “Bob” “Poppy” M. Milikowski, 70, long time resident of Coventry and Glastonbury CT, passed away peacefully May 4, 2024. Bob owned and operated two flower shops, Flower Fashion and Bollerer’s Flowers located in Manchester and West Hartford CT. Bob was an avid Steelers and car racing fan, visiting multiple racetracks up and down the East Coast. People who knew Bob would describe him as a legend in his own right. Everyone who has spent time with him throughout his lifetime has at least one story or memory that makes them smile, shake their head, and smile again. Bob was always willing to help the people around him in any way he could. He lived life to the fullest extent possible each and every day. Bob was a beloved father and grandfather.

He is survived by his son James Milikowski and his wife Jaime Milikowski, as well as his daughter Erin Walpole, grandchildren and step grandchildren, Cecilia, Jack, Saoirse, Seamus, Caoilinn, Shannon, Noah, Adriana and Lily, siblings Eric Milikowski and Martha “Mardee” Delahunty, and former wife Donna Milikowski. He also left behind many nieces and nephews including Tiffany Barrea who always held a special place in his heart.

A celebration of life will be held on May 18th, 2024, from 5:00pm to 8:00 pm at the Knights of Columbus, 1831 Main St, East Hartford, CT.
