Tottenham, meanwhile, are looking to get maximum points against the reigning English champions to keep their slim hopes of sealing a Champions League spot alive.
Spurs are currently placed fifth in the standings with 63 points, five points behind fourth-placed Aston Villa.
Man City get double injury boost
However, that may prove difficult for Ange Postecoglu's men, with City receiving a double injury boost in the shape of Nathan Ake and Jack Grealish ahead of the cracker.
According to Metro UK, the duo is likely to feature in the Tuesday night meeting after taking part in a recent training session.
The positive news was also confirmed by Guardiola, who said in a press conference:
"Jack has recovered from illness and Nathan was much better yesterday," he told reporters.
Grealish missed City's clash against Aston Villa last weekend.
