ODESSA, Texas — According to the City of Odessa, the water is starting to come back on across the city.
The Odessa crew have been working hard to fix the water problem and many people are appreciative, including the Mendoza family.
The Mendoza family stopped by to give the Odessa crew pizzas.
Some people have reported that they never lost water. Although, the City of Odessa recommends the Boil Water Notice as a precautionary measure.
