Take-Two Interactive is determined to keep us happy and fed with Red Dead Redemption 2 content.
Most of Rockstar Games’ following are currently eyeing GTA VI with hungry eyes, after it’s been confirmed that it’ll launch in Fall 2025.
However, while that is fantastic news – especially after an analyst had teased a delay until 2026 – there’s more to Rockstar than GTA.

Live as an outlaw in Red Dead Redemption 2
Red Dead Redemption 2 is easily a close second to GTA when it comes to being a big earner for both Rockstar and its parent company. As such, Take-Two is keen to continue monopolising on that goldmine.
According to Twitter user Detective, a key highlight of Take-Two's earning call was the strength of RDR2 as a franchise.

Consequently, fans can “expect more GTA Online DLCs and RDO monthly events moving forward.”
What this new content will involve wasn’t revealed. Still, it’s given the fandom something to look forward to, which is more than what the GTA fandom has right now.
Despite Fall 2025 being the date, not everyone is happy.
Referencing the news of GTA VI’s release window, a fan commented, “Delays are not likely? LOL, the fall of 2025 itself is already a delay.”

Another said, “Damn, so it was true. If it gets delayed again, the release will be in 2026. I don't know, I'm kind of disappointed.”
With Red Dead Redemption 3’s most optimistic release date devastatingly far away, we’re glad to be able to continue visiting the Wild West via RDR2.
