fMDRC registration

I am traveling to KL on 5/16 and will be arriving in KL on 5/18 4:45am.

I am trying to submit MDRC now and it doesn't let me click arrival date of 5/18.

It only shows that I can click 5/15, 5/16 and 5/17.

Am I too early to do this?
