There is no other young white guy with a face as uniquely bizarre as mine, I genuinely can't comprehend other young white guys being as uniquely bizarrely facially ugly as I am, it just seems like a legitimate impossibility, I can't comprehend it and I don't think those people exist, I literally feel like the ONLY ugly young white guy in all of existence and the history of humans, I don't think there's any other young white guy with a face as truly bizarre as mine without literally being deformed
I get stared at everywhere I go, my face scares children, women could look more disgusted at me if they tried, I just hate this so much, I never wanted to become attractive, just normal looking is enough to get by in this world

This is 100% anxiety, paranoia and body dismorphia taking over. I hope you will take this on board and recognise that there is help available, you don't deserve to feel this way. There are also things you can do physically to boost your confidence (working out, styling yourself, building relationships) but I'm in no way saying you need to change how you look, only how you feel.
Google Lyle Lovett. Not exactly the most handsome man, not by a long shot. Uniquely ugly if you ask me . Would you have guessed he was married at one time to Julia Roberts, an actress known for her beauty? More so, he remarried later to another woman even more pretty and younger.

Wear glasses and a hat etc. wear a hoodie a lot. Not sure what type of advice you’re looking for but I know how it feels to be ugly also but I will never use it for an excuse as to why my life sucks.

You're not ugly. Your face is average.
However, you're overweight, you don't look healthy, and you look very depressed and negative.
The good news is that you can change it. The bad news is that changing your opinion of yourself is going to be very hard. You can either continue this self fulfilling prophecy of you being unattractive (because yes, currently you are), or you can decide to stop wallowing in self pity and start working in yourself.
Its not going to be easy, and it will take time, but I GUARANTEE you that if you put in the work, you can absolutely become an attractive man. I'm not 99% sure. I'm 100% sure. GUARANTEED.
