Surveillance footage from the scene depicts a nightmare scenario where a 45-year-old woman was ambushed from behind with a belt, dragged unconscious between two parked cars, and brutally assaulted. The video shows the suspect employing the belt as a makeshift lasso to overpower his victim, rendering her unconscious before committing the sexual assault.
Dressed in white sweatpants and a blue GAP sweatshirt, the suspect's attire matches the description given by authorities, including a white do-rag that mirrored the facial covering seen in the video. Notably, the suspect sports cropped hair and carries a backpack, standing at about 5 feet 9 inches tall.
