I always pictured him as looking like Alan Ritchson from reacher or Tom Hopper. As a side note I think of Cassius as looking like a young Chris Hemsworth.
Darrow is compared to Achilles by the Sovereign after he forced himself onto her ship during the iron rain of Mars in GS, and that has to be the best description honestly. He's gorgeous and deadly just like he was.

Yeah he only has really long hair at the start of Golden Son. In Morning Star it’s short. In Dark Age he has a Mohawk and then he’s bald. He starts bald with a beard in Lightbringer.
Not really sure if any of that counts as spoilers because dude’s look just changes for various reasons.
At one point in lightbringer he has to tie his hair back I’m thinking he has a cool top knot and beard combo then
He also cuts the beard off in LB

I picture him with shorter hair in the second book during the Gala but by the end it's at least shoulder length. Every other time I picture him having long hair in various styles and states depending on what he's currently doing.

More like 125 lbs. Darrow is pretty big for a gold, and timothy chalamet is pretty small for a normal person
