JEANETTE LAGACE

(nee BERARD)

After a long life with loving, happy memories, Jeanette Lagacé (nee Bérard) passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2024, with her family’s love surrounding her.

“To my dear husband Phil, son Larry (Donna), and daughters, Lynne (Kevin) and Michelle (Brian), and all my grandchildren, Philip (Aurélie), Ashley (Joshua), Tamara (Jalil), Marc (Lingling), Eric (Mykila), and Renée (Stephen). Predeceased by beloved grandson, Tyson.

All of you have been so dear to me. I will never stop loving all of you even if I am not around.

I have been lovingly blessed these last seven years with the arrival of great-grandchildren: Carter, Charlotte, Zaynab, Zoeya, Kayce, Meena, and Margot. I love you.

Someday, we will see each other again. Until then, please remember me in your prayers. I hope you always stay a close-knit family and help one another, especially the less fortunate.

Till we meet again, Au Revoir.”

As per her wishes, cremation has taken place, and there will be a private family gathering to celebrate our Nana.

Flowers gratefully declined, and if you wish, donations can be made in her memory to Rossbrook House at rossbrookhouse.ca and click on donate.

  • Uncle Phil & cousins, We’re so sorry to hear of ma tante Jeanette’s passing. She was a very special woman, who always made time for us nieces and nephews! May she be happy in Heaven, where she belongs! Love, Gerry & Rej - Posted by: Rej Arbez (Aunt) on: May 22, 2024

  • Uncle Phil and cousins…we loved Ma tante Jeannette❣️. We had fun. One reoccurring fond memory is a camping trip in the States, just across the Manitoba border I think. Sitting around the fire…she lived like she loved life. Or playing cards whenever we got together at Mom’s birthday. I can see her like it was so recently. Rest in peace Ma tante. Love from Marcel and JoAnne Hogue. - Posted by: JoAnne and Marcel Hogue (Niece) on: May 18, 2024

  • Auntie Jeanette, just hearing your name makes me smile. I especially loved the sound of your laughter. - Posted by: Julien (Nephew) on: May 18, 2024
