Justin and Hailey Bieber just announced on Instagram that they’re expecting their first “baby, baby, baby”—and fans are full of questions: When’s the due date? Is it a boy or girl? And for us design-obsessed followers: What will the nursery look like?
Sadly, we don’t have an official answer to any of these questions yet. But what we do know so far is that the parents-to-be live in a stunning, 11,000-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills, CA. The home has seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, so there’s no shortage of space for their little bundle of joy.
The property includes everything a kid could possibly need, including a library, home theater, grassy lawn, and a tennis court. The property even comes with a koi pond and an infinity pool, though the couple will probably want to put a safety fence around these features.

The only thing that’s missing is a nursery.
Odds are, the pair will take advice and inspiration from the other parents in their lives. So, based on their close ties to family and friends—and their own nurseries—we’ve got some guesses to how this power couple are going to decorate Baby Bieber’s room.
Here are some nursery design ideas from one celeb to another.
A soft, washable statement rug
First off, we’re sure Hailey will be inspired by her niece’s nursery. Hailey’s older sister, Alaia Baldwin, welcomed daughter Iris Elle in August 2020 and has shared a few glimpses of her little one’s nursery online.
One thing that stands out in this space is the colorful rug, which features a cute star pattern. A rug is a great addition to any nursery: not only can it add color to the space, but it can also make the floor softer—and a friendlier place for toddlers if they take a tumble.
And since kids are notoriously messy, Hailey and Justin would be smart to get a rug that’s easy to clean. Life is easier with a rug that can be tossed in the washing machine.
Colorful wall decals
Hailey’s niece isn’t the only baby in the Baldwin family: Ireland Baldwin, Hailey’s cousin (and daughter of Alec Baldwin) had her baby girl, Holland, in May 2023. The model shared photos on Instagram of her baby’s nursery, which has a fun fruit theme. In the snaps, the room’s white walls are decorated with pictures of avocados, strawberries, and pineapples. There’s also fruit-themed art, a fruit mobile, and even a lemon lamp.
We love this nursery design because it’s easy to change as the baby grows up. Removing wall decals is easy: Just peel it off, and move on to whatever theme your son or daughter wants next—no painting required.

Beyond family, Hailey will surely be looking to her girlfriends for nursery inspiration. Luckily, this model’s close friend and fellow model Gigi Hadid had a baby girl in September 2020.
And her nursery not only includes lots of books but turns them into wall decor with the use of shallow floating shelves. Just think of how much easier it is for little tots to find what they want to read when they’re out on display like this. It’s a clever idea that Hailey would be smart to copy.
A wall mirror
Hailey met up with Keke Palmer for an episode of “Who’s in My Bathroom?” in 2021, so we like to think they’ve been hanging out regularly since, chatting about mom things and, of course, nursery design.
Keke’s son Leo has an adorable room, which features all the best baby furnishings from his name on the wall to a giant giraffe toy. But baby’s favorite so far seems to be the large mirror on the wall. As Palmer explains, “He particularly likes looking in that mirror… we know what that means.”
Babies love admiring their own reflection (don’t we all?), so no nursery is complete without a looking glass. Parents should just make sure it’s fastened to the wall securely, rather than something a baby can pick up, pry off, and break.
A see-through crib

Hailey is also close to many members of the Kardashian clan, so she might also take a page from their chic stylebook. As it turns out, both Kim and Khloé Kardashian got the same crib for their nurseries: an ultraglamorous, lucite model that’s so see-through, you barely know it’s there.
While this crib runs a pricey $6,500, we doubt that’s a problem for the Bieber household. Plus, it’s perfect for sharing in the many Instagram pics their fans are undoubtedly eager to see.
