这个酒店的地段真是太好了,出门就能打的,很便捷,而且服务员全都友善热情,服务周到。酒店客房配置很齐全,浴缸很大,真是太梦幻了,而且水压很强。大床也很舒适。很不错。还会再来的。

我和我的两个亲戚在这个地区住过,所以如果有人想来旧金山,我推荐大家 Wyndham Canterbury 。 Wyndham Canterbury 位于鲍威尔/梅森缆车萨特站几个街区外的地方,不过有一条Muni公交线路可以载你到离酒店更近的地方。这里的套房可能比一般的旧金山的公寓要大。我们非常满意我们的公寓,厨房类似船上厨房的风格,既可以做早餐,又可以储存点心。酒店的工作人员非常非常热心,帮了我们很多忙。网站上房间的照片和实物比起来,还是不太一样,实物更漂亮,我很惊喜。

我刚在旧金山的最佳西方坎特伯雷酒店住了一个星期回来,住的是有一个卧室的总统套房。因为最近我在做一份特别的节食计划,所以我必须要有一个能自己做饭吃的房间。这个酒店里的总统套房里有一个厨房,里面的厨具和电器都很齐全,冰箱、烤箱、洗碗机、烘干机等等一应俱全,刀具什么的也都很好用,里面的洗碗精和干洗剂也都很高级。卧室里的床很舒服,有点硬,但是我觉得很舒服,因为我就喜欢硬点的床。
我很喜欢健身房里的哑铃和其他的锻炼器材,不过其他的设备我就没有怎么使用了,因为光是在旧金山到处走来走去都已经足够了!
坐30号公车就可以到渔人码头和吉尔德利广场,这辆车沿途还会经过唐人街,你要去那里玩也很方便。车票总共只花了10几块钱,因为那张票是可以管几个小时的。
我从酒店步行道Trader Joes商店买我要吃的东西(就在旧金山加利福利亚街和海德街那里)。在松树街和利福利亚街中间的普客街上有一个果蔬市场。
我唯一觉得不满意的是床单,他们是用一种有香味的洗洁剂去洗的,味道有点重,让我觉得很难闻,于是第二天早上我自己用自己带来的无香味的洗洁剂洗了两遍。如果你对床单的味道也很介意的话,你最好自己洗一下床单,或者给客房部的人打声招呼,让他们在你到之前准备好。
去附近办公事也很方便,一点不麻烦,真是太好了。
我很愿意再来这里住,很干净很舒服,很合适我。

We were happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay in the Presidential and all the amenities were of use to you. It is great to hear our guests are using the facilities we have on site and glad the Fitness Center was of service to you. We were sorry to learn that the scent on the sheets became an issue and certainly understand your circumstance. We will be sure to discuss this with our vendor who provides the laundry service so we can correct for any future guests staying on site. 酒店很不错房间也很棒。。。唯一不好的就是服务员有点太固执了。。。他们极力游说让我们在酒店吃早餐。。。我们实在是受不了了就偷偷地从侧门出去以免再收到他们的骚扰。。。此外,我打电话就提了一个很简单的要求(续满咖啡厅的咖啡)我等了一天最终他们还是忘了。。。而且每天早上都要做好与服务员纠缠的准备同时还要确定好你的逃跑路线。

Hi Becky, Thank you for taking the time to respond to your recent stay at the Canterebury San Francisco. I was happy to hear that you enjoyed your room and the resort. Unfortunately it sounds as if the service by the staff fell short of your expectations. We were disappointed to hear that your interaction with the resort staff and your request to refill the coffee station were not met. This is not part of our Count On Me service that we expect from our staff. We will be addressing this issue to find out exactly where we went wrong for our future guests. 最近与女朋友从纳帕来旧金山小住几天,庆祝生日。我们的房间装饰得很漂亮,是一个非常宽敞的2居室总统套房。我们去了城市的很多地方,酒店工作人员给我们了很多有用的建议,还为我们安排汽车服务。肯定会再来。
