LENGGONG: The agrotourism product packages across the state of Perak with discounts of up to 70 percent await visitors at the Perak Agrotourism Carnival 2024 (PAC 2024) which starts tomorrow until May 19.
The large-scale carnival organized by the Perak State Agricultural Development Corporation (Perak SADC) for the first time brings together the uniqueness and special features of attractive locations in conjunction with Visit Perak Year 2024.
This event also receives cooperation from Tourism Perak, the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC), the Hulu Perak District Land Office, Lenggong District Council, and Lenggong Tourism Council.
Among the agrotourism product entrepreneurs offering discounts of up to 70 percent are Sunflower Garden, Kuak Hill Resort, Prospek Ladang Rusa Sadang, Kampung Beng Mini Amazon, and Royal Belum Resort.
PAC 2024, which will be officiated by the Chief Minister of Perak, Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad, is expected to attract the attendance of the public from both domestic and international, including Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand.
The Chief Executive Officer of Perak SADC, Datuk Yahanis Yahya, said that all preparations are going well, especially the participation of over 100 agrotourism entrepreneurs and operators, which is very encouraging.
“In conjunction with the inaugural organization of PAC 2024, we have gathered more than 50 of the best packages to offer to visitors in terms of agrotourism packages and discounts offered.
“Throughout this weekend, Resort Tasik Raban will host a very unique agrotourism carnival with various exciting activities suitable for all walks of life,” he said in a statement here today.
Located at Resort Tasik Raban, PAC 2024 provides a platform for agrotourism operators across the state of Perak to approach customers directly through the activities and attractive promotions offered.
At the same time, visitors have the opportunity to enjoy various interesting programs provided such as hot air balloon rides, outdoor activities including water sports (kayaking, stand-up paddling), flying fox, camping activities, and caravanning.
