To celebrate Star Wars Day, Disney World rolled out a limited-time “puffbread” at the Milk Stand. The croissant will be available through the end of the month, and we gave it a try!

Croissant topped with Blue and Green Milk Craquelin served with Yuzu-Passion Fruit-Coconut Dipping Sauce
From Star Wars canon, the Polystarch Puffbread is a self-rising portion meal that was first shown off on the big screen in The Force Awakens as Rey trades scrap for a meal portion. Thankfully, you won’t be forced to find scraps, but you will need 6 credits at the Milk Stand in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
The two pastries are baked well, but don’t really have any flavors or features that make them outstanding. I didn’t pick up any flavors that resembled blue or green milk.
The yuzu-passion fruit-coconut dipping sauce is also a bit of an interesting description for something that essentially hits the tongue as a citrus-y lemon flavor sauce. It’s quite the contrast compared to the relatively pedestrian croissants.
