Marina High School Athletes Sign National Letters of Intent

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. - Marina High School (MHS) hosted their Athletic Signing Day Friday afternoon to celebrate 16 student-athletes (15 in attendance) who have committed to various colleges and universities and secured their futures in progressing athletically at the collegiate level.

Teammates, friends, and families flooded into the gymnasium, bringing exciting energy into the space as they got ready to celebrate their student-athletes and the journeys they are about to take. MHS Athletic Director Nick Racklin opened up the signing day with words of encouragement for the athletes, reminding them that wherever they will play next, once you are a Viking, you will always be a Viking. Each coach spoke about their athletes before they signed their National Letters of Intent, and the afternoon ended with a roaring standing ovation from the crowd.
