My wife really enjoyed No Life Guard on Duty by Janice Dickinson, Running With Scissors, Memoirs of a Geisha.

Looking for any other crazy life autobiographies I can download to our kindle for an up coming beach trip.

Edit: She also read Glad my mom is dead

Let's Pretend This Never Happened by Jenny Lawson. Also the sequel, Furiously Happy, in case she likes the first one.

If she liked Running With Scissors, Augusten Burroughs has several other books and they are all amazing! But he is my favorite author, so I may be biased:)

David Sedaris. Me talk pretty one day, dress your family in corduroy and denim , etc etc

Yes, David Sedaris. Him, always him!

She would probably like Postcards from the Edge by Carrie Fisher as well as her other books.

Technically postcards is fiction, but it's also very clearly got a lot of her life in it. "I was on acid when I met Princess Margaret" sounded true to me, lol

I second this one. The book of her life was unbelievable and yet completely true.

I recently read Vanderbilt: the rise and fall of an American Empire by Anderson Cooper. Gloria Vanderbilt is his mother. Very interesting read, she led an interesting life.

The Glass Castle, definitely!
