The Ironman Pro Series is rolling – next stop, 70.3 Chattanooga! Yet another deep professional field will line up this weekend for their shot at 2,500 points toward the Ironman Pro Series standings, a $50,000 event prize purse, and qualifying slots for the 2024 70.3 World Championship. The Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga livestream will be free to watch live on Outside Watch and on demand after the finish to all Outside+ members.
Who (and how) to follow at Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga
In addition to the 70.3 Chattanooga livestream on Outside Watch, live tracking for the pro and age-group races will be available through the Ironman Tracker app for iOS and Android. Who will you be following? A few highlights from the Chattanooga start list:
- 2022 champ Jackie Hering (USA) will attempt to reclaim her title in Tennessee, but she’ll have to hold off the likes of Emma Pallant-Browne (GBR), Alice Alberts (USA), and Grace Thek (AUS).
- Jackson Laundry (CAN) has placed second at this race twice – look for him to make a push for the top podium step.
- Danielle Lewis (USA) placed second at the race last year. She’s placed in the top ten for all three Ironman Pro Series events she has raced so far, rocketing her to the top of the series standings. Can she accumulate even more points this weekend?
- Matt Hanson (USA) and Matthew Marquardt (USA) have been turning in solid performances in the series this year, but to date, no wins. Will that change in Chattanooga?
- Sarah True (USA) will make her Ironman Pro Series debut, along with Cody Beals (CAN), Meredith Kessler (USA), and Jodie Stimpson (GBR).
