Scoot is offering flights to Japan, Bali and Singapore starting at $160

Take this as your sign to bite the bullet. Low-cost airline Scoot has slashed their prices for flights to Asia.

With airfares starting at just $160, it'd be rude not to.

Beginning today, Scoot has launched its May sale to popular destinations including Japan, Bali, Thailand, Singapore and more.

Over 20,000 seats are on sale across the entire Scoot network.

Destinations include:

  • Singapore ($209 SYD, $195 MEL, $160 PER)
  • Osaka (from $355 SYD, $345 MEL, $319 PER)
  • Denpasar (from $240 SYD, $230 MEL, $195 PER)
  • Koh Samui (from $339 SYD, $330 MEL, $289 PER)

Many Aussies have been flocking to Japan this year, thanks to a favourable exchange rate for our dollar, making holidays there a great budget option.

Each ticket includes 10kg cabin baggage allowance, which is three kilos more than other low-cost airlines.

Passengers can also opt into Multiflex, allowing unlimited flight date and time changes per booking.

Another optional add-on is Scootsurance, granting travellers greater protection against unforeseen travel-related incidents.

Scoot's May sale starts today and lasts until Tuesday, 21 May (11:59pm).
