Megan Fox Premiered Dark Espresso Hair and French Girl Bangs for Summer

Her hairstylist calls it the "cowgirl bob."

Megan Fox has really been keeping us on our toes in the hair color department. After spending a couple months with bubblegum pink hair early this year, she teased a switch-up in April, leading fans to believe that she'd gone back to her signature dark strands. But no! It was denim blue this time, which lasted about a month until the brunette finally made its grand return.

Now, her Instagram feed is wiped once again. I'd ask what she's planning, but the new(est) color deserves its moment first.

On May 4, hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos shared an Instagram post premiering his gorgeous client's new hair color. "Espresso Martini color for Megan Fox!" he wrote, tagging makeup artist Ash K Holm as the other brain behind the look—the cherry lip she created really sells it.

The deep brown shade is reminiscent of hues Fox has rocked in the past—including the natural brunette color that we saw early in her career. But this time, there's another element at play: bangs!

After snapping a couple of photos of the Jennifer's Body star with her cute French bob (it hits right around her lips, which celebrity hairstylist Dana Boyer previously told Byrdie is the look of summer 2024 along with some natural texture), Giannetos decided to take things a step further and chop a French girl fringe for the actress. The wispy bangs graze Fox's eyebrows just so, blending nicely with the rest of her hair in a look Giannetos dubbed "the cowgirl bob."

As we know, coquette cowgirl looks are majorly trending right now. With her denim jacket and red bandana necktie, this girl is ready for the rodeo. Should she invite Bella Hadid?

"You are the magic hairdresser," commented a fan on the hairstylist's Instagram post. Judging by how healthy Fox's hair looks after months of bleaching (Giannetos says he used Garnier Fructis's Hair Filler + Ceramide Color Repair System to fill hair with strength post-coloring), we'd have to agree.
