Interpretation Request (Second Opinion Only)
Just saw another post of “what May has in store” and thought I’d do the same reading for myself. I tried to post this with an image but it’s not showing up on the timeline. Using Rider Waite, I did a four card spread with a single card at the top of the reading (“in the first card, show me what’s in store for me overall this month”) and 3 cards beneath it (“in the three cards below, show what’s influencing it”). The top card (knight of swords) is what May has in store for me overall and the 3 cards below (5 of cups, queen of pentacles, king of cups) are what’s influencing that card.
The knight of swords was the top card, which tells me that, overall, there’s some accelerated change happening, something that will come in very quickly. The three cards below were the 5 of cups, queen of pentacles, and king of cups. The 5 of cups can show a sense of loss or grief, but it’s followed by the queen of pentacles and king of cups, which can both be healing cards. Maybe what’s coming in for me this month is a fast change that involves quickly overcoming a depressed state or sense of loss. The queen of pentacles tells me that I might gain something materially, which will lead to more stabilized emotions with the king of cups.
