My son’s ears are shaped differently?
He was born this way. He’s 4 months now. Anyone else also notice this with their baby? Any idea what causes it?

Yes, My child's ears at four months were different. When he got six to eight months the ears grew and got better.

My baby’s ears were different at birth! We just reached 6 months and they’re evening out now- looking the same

no one is symmetrical

Position in utero, some even out as they grow and some don’t but like pp stated no one is symmetrical.
