MONTREAL - In a third consecutive sold-out match at Stade Saputo, CF Montréal fell 3-2 to Inter Miami CF on Saturday.
The Montrealers took an early 2-0 lead thanks to Bryce Duke (22') and Jules-Anthony Vilsaint (32').
However, the visitors drew level before the half. Matias Rojas reduced the deficit with a free-kick (44'), before Luis Suárez equalized with Miami’s second goal (45'+3).
American midfielder Benjamin Cremaschi ultimately broke the deadlock with the winning goal in the 59th minute.
CF Montréal will be back at Stade Saputo on Wednesday to host the Columbus Crew at 7:30pm (MLS Season Pass, BPM Sports, TSN 690).
