ENSHRINED IN THE UN CHARTER. CLOSER TO HOME TONIGHT, A MAN IS IN THE HOSPITAL AFTER A SHOOTING IN CLEVES. THE HAMILTON COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE TELLING US THAT THIS ALL STARTED WITH A FIGHT THAT ENDED WITH MULTIPLE SHOTS FIRED HERE ALONG BASSETT STREET. THE VICTIM TOOK OFF. POLICE SAY THEY KNOW OF ONE OF THE PEOPLE WHO IS INVOLVED BUT DON’T KNOW THE OTHER. WE ARE TOLD THAT THE MAN WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL. POLICE SAY HE IS IN STABLE CONDITION, SO FAR NO WORD ON ANY

One person was taken to the hospital after a shooting in Cleves on Tuesday morning.According to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, the shooting stemmed from a verbal confrontation between two people that led to one man being shot around 11 a.m.The sheriff's office said the man who was struck by gunfire fled the scene on foot to the BP gas station on U.S. Route 50.The man who was shot was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment and was in stable condition.On Tuesday night, the sheriff's office said Julio Walker was arrested in connection to the shooting.The shooting remains under investigation by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
