During the summer of 2015, I was inspired by the Jon Favreau movie, Chef, to try as many food trucks in the Chicago area that I could. By the end of September, I had tried 30 different trucks as part of my “Food Truck Challenge.”

This summer, I want to do something similar and try a different food truck every week. What better way to kick off my “Chicago Food Truck Summer” than with the Chicago Food Truck Fest at Daley Plaza. Every Friday between May 17th and October 4th, food trucks will be parked around the Picasso from 11 AM to 3 PM. This week’s lineup of food trucks included…
