OneDrive Excel Online - Can I create a submit button to automatically send a pdf copy of the worksheet?

So it seems like it isn't exactly as easy to create a "Submit" button on the web version of Excel on OneDrive as it would be on Google Sheets for example.

Since VBA doesn't work for Excel online. Are there any possible alternatives to creating a submit button that will automatically email a copy of the sheet as a PDF file?

I would need it to be able to email to one specific email address and also allow the user to input their own email address to have a copy sent to their own email address as well.
