NO ONE HAS BEEN ARRESTED. LOCAL LEADERS ARE RESPONDING AFTER A DEADLY MOTHER’S DAY WEEKEND IN LOUISVILLE, SIX PEOPLE WERE KILLED, SEVEN OTHERS HURT AND TEN SEPARATE SHOOTINGS. AND MAYOR CRAIG GREENBERG CALLING IT UNACCEPTABLE. IN ONE INCIDENT EARLY SATURDAY MORNING, 26 YEAR OLD AARON ANDERSON AND ANOTHER MAN WERE KILLED AT THE HOT SPOT IN THE SOUTHLAND PARK NEIGHBORHOOD. A THIRD MAN AND WOMAN WERE ALSO HURT IN THAT SHOOTING. METRO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL HAS SINCE ISSUED AN EMERGENCY SUSPENSION OF THE BAR’S LIQUOR LICENSE. OFFICIALS SAY THIS IS JUST ONE WAY THE CITY CAN COMBAT VIOLENCE. Local leaders are responding after a deadly Mother’s Day weekend in Louisville.Six people were killed and seven others were injured in 10 separate shootings, and one was at a business. Now that business is getting its liquor license suspended. That shooting happened around 5 a.m. Saturday. Aaron Anderson, 26, and another man were killed at The Hot Spot in the Southland Park neighborhood.A third man and a woman were also hurt.
