I grew up just down the road from here. It was fairly notorious as a getaway for the rich and famous. Robbie Williams and Geri Halliwell famously stayed there at the peak of Robbie's fame - huge local news at the time. New Order, The Cure, and Radiohead all recorded albums there. It's nice to finally get a proper look inside.

Oh that’s a lovely house. Very tastefully decorated. If you look at the old maps, you can see traces of the older gardens, before it was “modernised” by the Victorian/Edwardian wreckers. I’d restore them

I’ve been to this house, when it was being refurbed about 14 years ago. Just the drive down to it is epic as it’s on a narrow single track road with occasional passing points.
