酒店的地点非常便利，距离镇中心广场只有几个街区，有通往滑雪场的巴士。酒店大厅重新装修过，但我的房间装修已经过时了，照明也不是很好，但干净宽敞。我不喜欢的一点是，我住的楼和有大厅、早餐、健身房和游泳池的主楼是分开的。停车场上有点没铲除的冰，所以很难走；结果我没怎么使用主楼的设施。另外，我的房间离旋涡（很吵）很近，走廊对面有人将狗留在那里不加看管，那只狗有天晚上叫了好几个小时。

Thank you for staying with us at the 49’er Inn & Suites. We’re glad you enjoyed the location downtown. The 49’er went under a major remodel and renovation which added the breakfast area, the new swimming pool and hot tub on the second floor, new carpet in all of the rooms and hallways as well. Our standard rooms are decorated with old hickory and knotty pine furniture aesthetic, and the bathrooms were tiled two years ago. Jackson is the “Last of the Old West” so a lot of the aesthetics are rustic. In regards to the ice we regularly salt as well as sand when it’s particularly bad. We apologize for the ice not being taken care of during your stay. It’s a constant struggle to maintain the parking lots in Jackson. It gets very cold! The outdoor whirlpool is a popular spot but to try and keep noise levels down it closes at 10 PM. We apologize for the dog as well. While our rooms are pet friendly it seems that guest broke our pet agreement. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time and we require a cell phone on file so that if a complaint is made we can contact the guest to come and accompany their pet. We’re sorry you didn’t completely enjoy your stay. We would love to have you come back again so that we can do everything in our power to make your visit to Jackson one of the best ever. Thank you again for taking the time to review the 49’er Inn & Suites and we hope to see you again soon. Travel safe and take care.

The shuttle is a service that we provide to our guests free of charge so they don’t have to worry about transportation to the ski hill. 位置优越，只需步行就可以到达杰克逊镇的任何地方，还有酒店每日免费的往返大巴可以去杰克逊霍尔或者提顿村。刚完成的翻新工程让酒店看起来很不错，服务一流。服务员免费帮忙搬行李，接待人员很热情友好，对于我们这一大群经过了长途跋涉的人来说，真是非常贴心。员工态度友好，愿意为我们解决所有细微的问题，而且总是乐于为你效劳。早餐很棒，如果可以的话一定要试试野味烧烤。总的来说，强烈推荐大家去这间酒店入住！

早餐除了炒蛋外都不错。职工们非常友好和乐于助人。清洁不太行，我挪东西时发现床下有脏袜子。三天后它们仍然在那里。我把它们放到桌上，第二天它们还在！门口有到JacksonHole滑雪场的免费穿梭车。

Elaine T, thank you so much for taking the time to review the 49er Inn and Suites. We are regretful that this ‘sock’ issue was not resolved more quickly for you. We have been a little understaffed on housekeeping and they work very hard to take care of those rooms. Unfortunately we have fallen short in this regard and we will take a closer look and do our best to improve. We hope that this has in no way soured your view of our property. We strongly encourage you to come back so that we can prove ourselves and the service that we provide. We are glad you enjoyed our complimentary ski shuttle and breakfast. We do offer handicap accessible suites. Please feel free to call us and we can assist you in arranging the reservation! Travel safe and take care.
We have coffee kettles in all the rooms that can be used to make hot water and microwaves in all of our upgraded rooms. Our standard rooms do not have microwaves but all guests have access to microwaves in the dining area.
Call hotel for help with transportation from airport.
Good morning, yes the Hotel is very Biker friendly. This area is a great a to travel on a motorcycle.
