Madden San Miguel, better known as "Baby Gronk," recently showcased his impressive athletic prowess during a game at the Youth Community Athletics. Despite his young age, Madden's raw talent was on full display as he did agility drills, practiced, threw, ran the yards and made receptions.

In an Instagram post, he was captured showcasing moments that also featured him posing with fellow junior players, highlighting the camaraderie and spirit of the game.

The event at YCA, a local sports organization dedicated to nurturing young athletes, provided local players with an excellent platform to demonstrate their skills. Fans were quick to react to his performance, with one humorously quipping:

Born on Nov. 4, 2012, Madden is a notable social media personality. His father, Jake San Miguel, actively promotes his son's football journey through social media. Madden's nickname, Baby Gronk, is a nod to NFL star Rob Gronkowski.

In 2021, Baby 'Madden' Gronk's growing fame caught the attention of Sports Illustrated. Bri Amaranthus authored an interesting story titled "Meet 'Baby Gronk': The 8-Year-Old Football Celebrity and Cowboys Friend," which highlighted Madden's dual life as a football prodigy and a typical boy.

Baby Gronk commits to Michigan, but will it stick?

The Michigan football program's class of 2031 has unofficially added 11-year-old social media sensation Baby Gronk. On May 14, Baby announced his intention to play for Michigan once he reached college.

This latest commitment follows a string of similar declarations to top programs like Ohio State, LSU, Oklahoma, Texas A&M and Missouri.

At the beginning of the month, Madden released a graphic featuring his "top 30" schools, which included blue-blood programs such as Notre Dame, USC, Texas and Nebraska. Despite the flurry of commitments, it remains uncertain if any will last. His Michigan announcement quickly gained over 8.5 million views on X.

Madden's father, Jake San Miguel, revealed to The Athletic's Ari Wasserman in June 2023 that his son had a "verbal offer" from Arizona, even though official offers won't come until he reaches seventh grade.

Additionally, Jake San Miguel stated that Madden earns about $100,000 annually through ads and promotions, a claim that has drawn criticism, including from Rob Gronkowski, who said the promotion had gone "too far."

Baby Gronk's commitment history shows a pattern of fleeting allegiances, such as his brief promise to LSU in July 2023 after collaborating with gymnast Olivia Dunne.
