On-Premises users to Online users
Good Morning,
So bit of backstory, our company has bought two other small companies. These two smaller companies are all cloud based, which includes Teams. We were an on-prem company until three tears ago.
We migrated all our mailboxes to O365, connected users to Azure AD etc and all seemed fine. Now most of our users can’t communicate with the other companies via Teams. We did a quick search and most of our users are on-prem and those that joined after the mailbox migration are Teams only.
I’ve done some reading and it seems that we need to make some changes in our Skype for Business servers, which was decommed and we have no way to get it back.
Is there something we can do to get all our users their directory status to online?
