Prospective Students
I recently got accepted into UIUC but before they notified me of my acceptance, I withdrew from a course that was “required”. Just one course. I’m freaking out and would like to know if anyone else has been in a similar situation. My GPA is fine and this is the only course I withdrew from. Will I be okay?

What course was it?
It was a math course. Contacting them to see if I can take it during the summer at the college I’m at now
I was in this exact same boat for math also. I just emailed them immediately and told them I was taking it over the summer and once I finished I immediately like day of getting my final grade sent the transcript to them. You should be fine

wow.....why would you withdraw from a course that is required.....I would rather get a B or even C depending on the situation and give an explanation instead of withdrawing...... Now you literally dont meet the requirement for admission....
I understand that, but I had a D in the course and when I talked to my professor, he said the chances of me getting it up to at least a C would be unlikely.
