Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 5/11/24 at 8:18 p.m. in the 17100 block of 138th Avenue SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Scott Wayne Guss, 56, on suspicions of 1) harassment, and 2) attempted malicious mischief.

On 5/11/24 at 1:19 p.m. in the Hobson Road/216th Avenue SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Justin Wayne Ruelos, 50, on suspicion of 1st degree criminal impersonation.

On 5/11/24 at 1:30 p.m. in the 1200 block of Firpark Drive SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Allan David Scott, 48, on suspicion of 4th degree assault.

On 5/11/24 at 6:13 a.m. in the 5700 block of 188th Avenue SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jerry Lin Warfield, 52, on suspicions of 1) forgery, and 2) 3rd degree theft.

Lacey Police Department

On 5/11/24 at 2:22 a.m. in the 1400 block of Clearbrook Drive SE, police arrested Derek James Schroers, 30, on suspicions of 1) eluding police vehicle, and 2) 1st degree negligent driving.

On 5/11/24 at 4:50 a.m. in the 5100 block of Yelm Higway SE, police arrested Cameron M. Chew, 20, on suspicion of 3rd degree driving while license suspended.

Olympia Police Department

On 5/11/24 at 2:35 a.m. in the 7900 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Denise L. Laney, 62, on suspicion of 3rd degree driving while license suspended.

On 5/11/24 at 6:44 a.m. in the 1900 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, police arrested Kyle Alan Taylor, 39, on suspicion of theft of motor vehicle.

On 5/11/24 at 12:05 p.m. in the 700 block of State Avenue NE, police arrested David L. Buchmann, 37, on suspicion of an out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 5/11/24 at 4:38 p.m. in the 600 block of Black Lake Boulevard SW, police arrested Mark S. Conklin, 54, on suspicions of 1) 2nd degree organized retail theft, and 2) 2nd degee theft – all other theft.

On 5/11/24 at 8:03 p.m. in the 200 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Sherene Marie Harttlet, 36, on suspicions of 1) out-of-town felony warrant, and 2) misdemeanor warrant.

On 5/11/24 at 11:39 p.m. in the 400 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Andrew Cody Brown, 25, on suspicions of 1) out-of-town felony warrant, 2) misdemeanor warrant, and 3) exclusion order violation.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
