Firstly thanks alot to Miss Maika Lok who assist me did many preparations for my birthday. Nevertheless upon my check in, it surprise me ! Many front desk agent but none of them willing to approach us even though they not check in other guest as well , also it’s quite funny that I saw two lady standing at the concierge which do nothing. So someone can tell me what are they doing ? Like they treat us nobody, and it’s quite funny they handling one person after and all back to their places. The most hilarious was I thought I mention quite well in the email saying that I come to celebrate my birthday and please do send my cake to room after check in, plus furthermore after we went out to having our afternoon tea in the residence, still no cake in my room at the moment like I just come for my staycation , the things I hate the most was if i realize that the cake not in room then I politely wait because I come for birthday celebrations, afterall it’s really disappointing at all. In the end, Ms Maika who is the one who approach me however I’m really not in the mood and quite disappointed to having conversation at all , but still I need to say thank you to her for everything she did. In between I have to say F&B of the residence did a very excellent job, all the foods not to even mention that even the staff is very kind and polite. Keep it up, I believe the guest who eat in the residence also felt the same way as me. I don’t remember the name of the lady who wearing a spec work on afternoon that day still even mention that their happy hour will have some light snack which is quite surprising that it’s much more better than other hotel. Yeah I’m kind of person who like to staycation in a new hotel but the tv you might need to inform IT to check whether the chrome cast could be useful as I use to watch Netflix but it suddenly jam and I can’t finish my movie cause I need to shut the tv off as it can’t move at all. The Tv is much more high tech compare to other hotel but the software u might need to improve because I don’t think not only me will encounter the problem. To be honest that I won’t come to stay for second time, overall the price is not worth and the bathing amenities is just the same as JW Marriott. Lucky me and my friend choose to stay St Regis the second day.
