We stayed at The Londoner Hotel for 3 nights & 4 days last month.I want to acknowledge Marco & Alex from the Conceirge for being Nice ,friendly and very welcoming to us.
To Gordon who is working at the pool.He is very friendly and helpful.
To the Guest Relations team for making my hubby's bday extra special.Thank you for the beautiful & yummy cake and for the balloons too.
Thank you guys. We will be back soon.😊

Firstly thanks alot to Miss Maika Lok who assist me did many preparations for my birthday. Nevertheless upon my check in, it surprise me ! Many front desk agent but none of them willing to approach us even though they not check in other guest as well , also it’s quite funny that I saw two lady standing at the concierge which do nothing. So someone can tell me what are they doing ? Like they treat us nobody, and it’s quite funny they handling one person after and all back to their places. The most hilarious was I thought I mention quite well in the email saying that I come to celebrate my birthday and please do send my cake to room after check in, plus furthermore after we went out to having our afternoon tea in the residence, still no cake in my room at the moment like I just come for my staycation , the things I hate the most was if i realize that the cake not in room then I politely wait because I come for birthday celebrations, afterall it’s really disappointing at all. In the end, Ms Maika who is the one who approach me however I’m really not in the mood and quite disappointed to having conversation at all , but still I need to say thank you to her for everything she did. In between I have to say F&B of the residence did a very excellent job, all the foods not to even mention that even the staff is very kind and polite. Keep it up, I believe the guest who eat in the residence also felt the same way as me. I don’t remember the name of the lady who wearing a spec work on afternoon that day still even mention that their happy hour will have some light snack which is quite surprising that it’s much more better than other hotel. Yeah I’m kind of person who like to staycation in a new hotel but the tv you might need to inform IT to check whether the chrome cast could be useful as I use to watch Netflix but it suddenly jam and I can’t finish my movie cause I need to shut the tv off as it can’t move at all. The Tv is much more high tech compare to other hotel but the software u might need to improve because I don’t think not only me will encounter the problem. To be honest that I won’t come to stay for second time, overall the price is not worth and the bathing amenities is just the same as JW Marriott. Lucky me and my friend choose to stay St Regis the second day.

We regret to learn that you did not have a perfect arrival experience due to the service shortfall encountered. Please be assure that this is not the level of service that we always aim to provide our guests and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

On the other hand, it brings us some comfort to hear that the food and staff at The Residence were to your liking and that the professional and attentive service provided by Ms Maika was deserving of your compliments.

We have personally conveyed the message to the concerned departments to avoid similar situations of happening in the future. We are glad to learn that our team has reached out to you in regards to this mishap in hopes to restore your faith in us.

The highlight of our family staycation at Londoner is definitely its guests-only lounge, the Residence on level 3. From check-in, afternoon tea, evening cocktails to the buffet breakfast, we experienced top-notched service, elegant decor, and quality food through and through. Cocktails made by Jerry, the friendly bartender, are IGable and taste amazing. Breakfast which runs from 7am to 1pm is not to be missed. It has undeniably the best buffet spread in Macau with unique a-la-cart items (can you imagine having fish maw soup, lobster eggs benefit, Macau style crab congee, baked oyster, freshly squeezed apple juice, and abalone sticky rice for breakfast?) Special thanks to Maika for her warm greeting and special arrangements to make our son's birthday extra special and memorable! Our family had a wonderful time!

My girlfriend and I decided to do a staycation at the Londoner for my birthday per our friends recommendation. Booking and checking in were a breeze. I really appreciated several staff members for their above and beyond service, in particular Angel Choi from reception. She was friendly and informative during our check in process and personally escorted us to our room. Along the way she would give us tidbits of information such as the rooms design and features. She also gave us pointers on things we should do during our time there.

I also appreciate the coordination of the team as it seemed many people knew about my birthday. There were also personalized letters from staff to congratulate me on my birthday.

The only thing I think had room for improvement is the coordination for the Residence. We had gone down for lunch at around noon and was made known that we might have to wait for an hour to get a seat. It was unexpected because lunch service was supposed to be over at 1pm so having to wait an hour would mean it would be almost over by the time we started so we weren’t sure how they were going to coordinate that.

All in all it was a great experience and I’d recommend others try their package too!

Our child has severe food allergies, during our stay, the Residence team and concierge team has show their professional services. We really appreciated their effort on working out what my child need, special thanks to Mike, Sarah, Chef William( Residence) and Diane (Concierge)! 5 stars for them !!

For the check in experience in the lobby, I would prefer there is a line up system, we arrived there and noone came up until I saw a guy with uniform who greeted the other men in front of me. I asked him where should I line up and he told me they didnt do line up here then I asked why you didn’t came to us after you greeted the other men, he said he THOUGHT we were same group..... these really disappointed me, the chance was little a family(2adults2kids) same group with a single men. If there was no line up system, the staffs in the lobby should be well- trained.

We are a local family of three who have been exploring in Macau hotels since the outburst of the pandemic. With this being said, we have stayed in pretty much all of the hotels on the cotai strip. So, The Londoner... new hotel... let’s give it a try and since it’s near my daughter’s bday, we decided to make it her bday gift/celebration. Online CS staff made our arrangements wonderfully. 5 stars! Check in day... we walked into the reception area unnoticed. Walked around looking for someone who didn’t look occupied.. none until I spotted a gentleman at the concierge. He said “we don’t do line ups here, our staff should able to tell who’s next” in Cantonese. I was curious to know how the staff would know if no one has acknowledged I have arrived with a luggage, without any greeting. Sure enough a mandarim speaking client has stormed in from the entrance and got attended right away while I was having this conversation with the gentleman from the concierge. Fine, he has escorted me to have a seat and wait. That’s what I did. Then a lady in mandarim has approached me saying it’s my turn after a while. I walked up to her with my luggage and 5 steps later, she gave me a stop saying, “oh, actually you’re next”. What was that about?!? Not to mention while I was waiting another staff popped up next to my ear asking for my credit card out of no where. Why you need my card for? Finally we got Ms Angel Choi, someone who was actually trained and knows what she’s doing. 5 stars for her too. She was very attentive and she knows how to meet customer’s expectations. Staying in the hotel was wonderful, again the balloons, birthday banner and cake was there as according to what Ms Maika Lok has agreed. Ms Glenda from the pool is very attentive too. Room was wonderful ( we stayed at the Louis Suite. Bed comfortable, etc nothing to complaint about. Now, checking out... Ms Angel there, such a relief to see her again. But moment we stepped out, there was a soldier for people to take pictures with. The girls wanted to take a picture; we waited “in line” while he was occupied. So, when I thought it was our turn, I asked the 2 little girls to walk to the soldier and a mandarim lady cut in front of the 2 8-year-old girls. I told the lady we were waiting 1st and all, she simply ignored and pointed at someone who was gonna take the picture for her. Oh, a security lady from the hotel named SELINA (mandarin speaker). I asked her, do we need to wait in line or not? She gets at me saying “she thought you were done, so now her turn - all this happening with her detouring from me still attempting to snap that picture for the lady who cut us in. SERIOUSLY?! This is the kind of staff you put out in the lobby area? Wasn’t she supposed to keep things in order? She insinuated people to not needing to line up and cut people in. Needless to say, she never apologized. So, the residence, the hotel experience was overall good.. but your frontmen has got everything ruined.
