r/seriousfifacareers
A community for FIFA career mode players who want to take a more realistic approach to the game mode. We were created as an alternative to r/FifaCareers for people to share their attempts at making realistic career mode stories and get them the recognition that was sorely lacking on the larger subreddit. We do not share memes, high effort posts are encouraged and negativity is frowned upon.

His dad was a Chinese sailor, his mom an English woman. Frank grew up in Liverpool. In the late 1860s many Chinese migrants first arrived in Liverpool as a result of employment of Chinese seamen by the Blue Funnel Shipping Line.
seamen
David Seaman mainly played for Arsenal, though.
He later became a coach and managed different Swedish teams and won the league with Djurgårdens IF.
What a hottie
Pretty sure Arthur Wharton is the first non-white player in Football League history.
Soo is definitely the first player of Chinese descent to play in the Football League and the first non-white player to represent England
This was during the onset of WW2, if anyone is wondering. Around 1939.
Interesting. He looks like he knows what an iPhone is.
Stoke City legend.
Looks like an Asian Channing Tatum
In my Asian eyes…. This baller was Brit-Ish
The title is incorrect.

Dang, that’s cool. They need to make a movie about this guy…
Off the top of my head, surely Walter Tull predates him?
He was soo good...
What really amazes me is that the teams he played for still exist.
Calling that guy non white seems like a huge stretch.
Why?
Cause he’s white. His mom was white.
Was Barack Obama the first non white President of the USA?
Yea, his dad was black. Black people aren’t white. Chinese are white.
Tell that to the English.
He was British-Chinese, as opposed to White British.
How would you describe his ethnicity in America?
American
American isn't an ethnicity, it's a nationality.
Americans refer to people as African American, Asian American, Irish American etc all the time. In fact it seems Americans put way more emphasis on ethnicity than the UK does in 2024.
What's wrong with his proportions? He looks like a dwarf
He's just wearing really long shorts.
