I stay here every month for business reasons. And always use the restaurant. When Miki is there it’s guaranteed that the service will be excellent. He is always greeting me with a smile and making me feel welcomed. He is very professional not only with customers but with his colleagues as well.

Fantastic experience and great service, thank you to Aman for her help and kindness. The food was great, the staff were very helpful, and could not have been nicer.
The seating area was clean and tidy and the whole experience was a very pleasant and enjoyable morning.
Clean comfortable room, with extra pillows. very helpful staff from check-in, to restaurant, bar and costa - all were great. Food was really nice, best ive had at a Premier Inn - Miki provided perfect service, friendly, helpful and happy to help. Wonderful.
Excellent hotel. Reception very efficient, quick & easy to book in. Rooms functional but great idea to have no doors & draws on cupboards so no banging/slamming noise. Resturant manager Hendrick was very welcoming, well organised and in total control. Excellent waiter in Rosmen, even proffering a spoon for my curry and of course table water. 2 course meal deal included a drink, which in our case was house chardanay. Not bad for a house wine. Tasty meals - gammon steak for Karen chicken curry for me. Generous portions, hot all the way through and absolutely delicious. Early flight meant we had to miss breakfast, no worry the team hustled us up take away bags. Very convenient location well serviced by local buses and the terminal 5 shuttle bus. Top spot, great staff. Well done everyone we'll be back! Highly recommended
Valmiki is awesome and has the best customer experience. He smiled while serving, made us laugh, was very courteous, full of respect, and energy.
I recommend you all try the hotel. It is near the airport, rooms are clean, staff are happy to serve you.
