WE FIRST WALKED YOU THROUGH THE CHILLING 911 CALL, IN WHICH AN 18 YEAR OLD GIRL REPORTED THAT HER MOM, JADE SALES, HAD BEEN GUNNED DOWN. YEAH, KENNY, THESE COURT DOCUMENTS SHOW THAT A DAVIE COUNTY GRAND JURY HAS INDICTED DENNIS SALES FOR FIRST DEGREE MURDER. THE DOCUMENTS ALSO PAINT A HEARTBREAKING PICTURE REGARDING THE MURDER OF THE MOTHER OF FOUR, WHERE HER DAUGHTER WITNESSED THAT MURDER. A DISPATCHER STAYED ON THE LINE UNTIL DEPUTIES ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY. DENNIS SALES WAS ARRESTED AFTER A HIGH SPEED CHASE IN KINGSPORT, TENNESSEE. KINGSPORT POLICE SAYS AT ONE POINT, SALES WAS DRIVING MORE THAN 100MPH. HE WAS EVENTUALLY FORCED OFF THE ROAD BY POLICE AND TAKEN INTO CUSTODY. FIVE DAYS AFTER HIS ARREST, HE WAS INDICTED BY THE GRAND JURY. DEPUTIES ALSO OBTAINED A SEARCH WARRANT FOR DENNIS SALES CELL PHONE TO SEE IF IT HAS ANY EVIDENCE THAT CAN HELP IN THEIR INVESTIGATION. 12 Investigates has obtained court documents that reveal new information about a gruesome tragedy that unfolded inside a Mocksville home last month.Court documents show that a Davie County grand jury has indicted Dennis Sales for first-degree murder.The documents also paint a heartbreaking picture regarding the murder of the mother of four witnessed by her daughter.Davie County sheriff's deputies responded to the Sales' home on Pineville Road in Mocksville and found Jade Sales dead.Court documents reveal that she was shot multiple times.The indictment shares that Sales' 18-year-old daughter heard her parents arguing and that she saw her father, Dennis Sales, grab and hit her mother before opening fire.He then drove off in a red Toyota Camry.The daughter and her one-month-old sister barricaded inside a bedroom, and the 18-year-old dialed 911.A dispatcher stayed on the line until deputies arrived.The next day, Dennis Sales was arrested after a high-speed chase in Kingsport, Tennessee.Kingsport police said speeds reached more than 100 miles per hour.Sales was eventually forced off the road by police and taken into custody.Five days after his arrest, he was indicted by the grand jury.Deputies also obtained a search warrant for Dennis Sales' cellphone to see if it has any evidence that can help in their investigation.Sale is now back in North Carolina and is due in court on June 24.
